    Hi everyone. Just in case you missed it on ebay the Imperial Princess is back on Ebay. She is still way out of my league but if anyone wants to give me her for my birthday (which was yesterday) and Christmas present I would be really happy!! LOL! 😆

    I love that butterfly! The first time I saw it in the book I knew I had to have it. I scoured ebay for years before I saw one and finally got it. I think it must be rarer than the princess. Does anyone have any idea how many are out there?

    Wow, that butterfly is beyond exquisive! I've never seen that one before. Some lucky person will grab it, I'm sure. Wish I could!

    Another Princess! And now an Imperial Panda – first one I have seen on ebay since 2003 and sold for $4300. Anyone want to guess what this one will bring?

    I haven't seen the Panda yet but there is a seller with several of the Ivory series including the Princess that “were found in a suitcase in the attic”. With closer magnification of the Princess it looks like part of her right braid is missing. And the Rabbit looks like there is a chip in his right ear. I emailed the seller who responded that they didn't find any defects on any of the solids. I didn't mention that the Dog has the wrong label on the bottom – it says Youth Dew when it should be Cinnabar. I would steer clear of those auctions!

    Oooohhh the panda's exciting isn't it? I've never seen one up before. I don't know what it started at but it's already up to $1000. I might leave my bid until the last minute 😆

    Re the imperial princess, I said to my other half that I didn't think they knew what they were selling as it wasn't listed as the princess. The only thing I find in my attic is dust and dead spiders!!! It will be interesting to see what she sells for with having no reserve.

    Regarding the question as to how much the butterfly sold for, as I have it in my favourites, have just checked it out…..

    US $598.88

    £374.51

    I still have the information so might try and get the picture to paste in……..

    The butterfly sold for alot more than that in a private sale. Although I cant reveal the amount.
