You really should talk to them about the Doorman thing. At Bergdorf's, they open it both coming and going. (They've had the same jolly Doorman for years.) I remember very well the first time we were there. Could not get over the prices…was in “sticker shock” for hours. On the way out I asked said jolly Doorman…”Is everyone in this city crazy or filthy rich?” He replied, laughing, “A little bit of both, ma'am. A little bit of both.” Never forgot that. Will also never forget the little cashmere sweater “On Sale” for $1,200. <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ />

Will get back to the story momentarily….have to think about it a bit more…it's getting deep.
