It has to be someone who works for EL in what capacity I don't know. I checked out their completed auctions, and 99% are for EL products. Mostly sample sized items that they sell 4 of at a time. I wondered if it was a salesperson at an EL counter who had access to the freebies they give you when you make a purchase. The only snag there is that they have sold several of the golden alligator powder compacts, and some varied solid compacts. I can't imagine EL letting warehouse workers buy so much of the same item. Who knows? Someone will get a deal that's for sure, and it certainly doesn't encourage me to pay full price. I'm curious to see how high the bidding will go, the Heritage necklace didn't fare so well when the seller didn't set a reserve.
