It is usually three days for the buyer and seller to make contact.
If you haven’t heard back from the seller try opening a square trade case through ebay. It doesn’t cost anything they just act as a mediator to settle buyer/seller issues.
Sometimes it helps and the seller complies but if there is still no response (I think square trade gives 7 days) then leave the appropriate feedback.
