Our favorite seller is back…same auctions…same text…same trash…different seller's User ID…sad…I truly believe EL tried to stop her, but when one is determined, one just marches on… greyhound

    Looking at the title — didn't know Rhode Island ever left the US. <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ />

    Slap me silly. The holidays are a coming. <img src='style_emoticons//tongue.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’tongue.gif’ />

Surprised we haven't seen more unfinished solids lately. You guys are gonna have to slap me again. I bought one of those last year…resold it since it wasn't a very important piece for my collection.

Hi Greyhound – One extra slap for good measure! <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ /> Am not about to start naming names; besides, I don't remember her old User ID…and it was not a difficult one…

Again, the only thing the trash solids do is de-value our collections. There may be a few exceptions, but I haven't seen any yet. Just MHO. <img src='style_emoticons//wink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’wink.gif’ />

I agree with Michele. These solids and all the empties that continue to show up severely impact our collection values. It's sad to see.. <!–emo&<_<img src='style_emoticons//dry.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’dry.gif’ />

Well I don't know how they keep coming back . . . I reckon employees are taking them out of the rubbish bin . . . or taking them without their employers knowledge . . . then again, I suppose I'm naive in these kinds of things . . . would they actually GIVE them away or SELL their own unfinished products? <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />

That would devalue their own merchandise.

    <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ /> This is the seller who claims she gets them as “repair lots” <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />

<img src='style_emoticons//mad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’mad.gif’ /> Yes, same seller…but using someone else's User ID. EL probably stopped her (was it gold..something?) so she's just “borrowing” a friend to do this for her. Again, exact same auctions, same wording, same background. Just different User ID. Unless she's been selling under 2 different User ID's all along? Where there's a will, there's a way… <img src='style_emoticons//ph34r.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ph34r.gif’ />

Sandra – She signed up on eBay in 1999 under a specific User ID and Lisa is correct.

She has an eBay store where she sells Swarovski crystals and other odd lots of crystals.

In July, 2004, she signed on as “realgoldfinger” (a second User ID, which is legal for some reason) to sell nasty, broken solid forms while still selling crystals under her old User ID. Apparently she was stopped…for a while. Now she's selling both the garbage solids and the crystals under her original ID.

What bothers me is that people are buying this crap…thereby encouraging her to continue selling.

I'll work on it tomorrow…it's been a long, long day.

Employees are given empties! No doubt the ones which have been on display or whatever! I don't know about the mangled, mutilated ones! I really thought our Bond Girl had vanished…….. dum, do dum, dum, dum, dum…Goldfinger!

They may be given “empties,” but are they given handfuls of Rondells and Swarovski Crystals? That's what I'm going to ask of Victoria & Co. They're probably closed today but will check Monday. Quite a profit if you never paid for it in the first place. <!–emo&<_<img src='style_emoticons//dry.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’dry.gif’ /> Will check it out….remember…she's not an “expert,” just a lover of beautiful things… <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ />

Well, smart lady / man then . . . . . it's not his/her fault if EL keep laying things in his/her hands, is it? She's got no choice but to put them on Ebay and get rid of them . . . they're all 'broken', in disrepair or 'unfinished' . . . . what's a person to do???? <!–emo&<_<img src='style_emoticons//dry.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’dry.gif’ />

People have just got to stop buying them and encouraging it, that's all.

Like Michele says: STOP BUYING THEM !!!!!

Along with these “gems” are the growing number of empty powders and solids and a ton of general release powders/solids in original boxes that keep showing up, esp. from the New York area, and many from the same sellers. Whether or not they come from a warehouse sale, an employee or some other source…..STOP!!! <img src='style_emoticons//mad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’mad.gif’ />
