Yes, Saks will be getting the bustier. I was just at Saks on Sunday and was told that they expect the bustier soon. You may want to call and reserve yours. I was lucky to get mine from my Estee Lauder salesgirl in Las Vegas a month ago. That store only got 6 bustiers in at that time.
Good luck with acquiring the piece. It really is a lovely pink color and very detailed.
