    Hi

Just in case it hasn't been discussed yet.. The new Spring Solids are as follows:

    Neiman Marcus

Sea Urchin: either $150 or $175
    Starfish: $225

    Saks

    Sea Horse: $250

There appears to be an ocean theme this year.

    Hi Pamkitty,
Thanks, they sound like they will be cute to add to the underwater theme.

Great news!!! Thank you for posting!! I haven't been to keen on the sightseeing solids and (dare I write this <img src='style_emoticons//ph34r.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ph34r.gif’ /> ) the Strongwaters are a bit too sugary cute for my taste. I did buy the Garden Rabbit though, because of the snail <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />
I am really looking forward to the see pictures of the this ocean theme!!!

    Hi Karin

Dare I say that I agree with you <img src='style_emoticons//ph34r.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ph34r.gif’ /> about the Strongwaters, I find them overly ornate. Now the ocean theme, that does sound interesting!

The Star Fish and the Sea Horse would certainly be canidates for lots of sparkle and crystals. Let's hope so.

I hope they are as well done as ” Nemo “, I hope the seahorse has a stand so he can be displayed upright.

    Hi everyone <img src='style_emoticons//smile.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’smile.gif’ />

I spent today in The City visiting with Nancy who's over from Scotland. We had a lovely day walking the sites and looking in all the beautiful windows and of course we went into Saks and there was the 2007 Radiant Seahorse just in. I bought one and Nancy bought one. He doesn't need a stand because his tail acts as one – I will post a pictures shortly in the members photos section so you can all see him. He has coral eyes and I really like him. By the way, Jay Strongwater will be at Saks tomorrow with his solids and will sign them so anyone who wants to visit Saks in NYC – tomorrow is the day to go. I was told by one of the sales reps that Jay is bringing Strawberries with him tomorrow so anyone who's looking for one – they will have a few of them. I'm sure they will go fast so this is your heads up.

I don't usually buy powder compacts but I did purchase the Precious Petals compact because I think it is so beautiful with tiger eye jewels – I will post a pic of that one also.

Nancy and Lewis are doing well and having fun in NYC and this years Rockefeller Center tree is really beautiful.

I have to run now to take pics and post them so everyone can see – let me know what you think.

    HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND GOOD HEALTH TO ALL <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />

    Hi All,
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong…………but the lady from Saks who called me about the SeaHorse told me that it was not a Jay Strongwater. Is this correct? I would love to see what it looks like!
    Merry Christmas to everyone!

Hi Gayla, the Seahorse is not a Strongwater solid but it was at Saks where I bought him. It's just that they also have the Jay Strongwater “exclusive” (whatever that means) and he'll be in the store tomorrow signing his solids.

    Hope that clears it up <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />
