I just wanted to address the emails I have received in the last three weeks…
I am recovering from major surgery and am just plain out of commission…. hopefully soon I will be feeling well enough
to be back soon… I know there is a lot to do to catch up on the site.

Dear Lisa,my heart goes out to you and hope you are feeling better soon. I had my knee totally replaced in early October, and am just feeling back to normal now. I hope you bounce back much quicker. Best wishes for a super speedy recovery, ConnieBrigitteMemberApril 21, 2011 at 8:43 pmPost count: 383

Thanks for all the well wishes…. it's been 4 months since my surgery and I am still struggling…..
Here is what my new neck looks like:
Thanks again and I hope to be around more to come!ArMemberJuly 29, 2011 at 11:49 pmPost count: 502
OMG! Lisa, best wishes for a complete recovery. It does take a long time when neck or back are involved. I have scoliosis and do PT instead of an extensive spine rebuild which the surgeon said he could do but would mean at least 6 months out of work.
I think you are now bionic!!! 🙂

😮 Gees ! I had no idea, Lisa ! I thought we were talking about knees, not necks !
Looks pretty darn painful to me. I feel very sorry for you.

Thanks everyone… I really do appreciate it… it's been just over 4 months… started physical therapy last which increased my pain even more… 🙁
