Unfortunately EL does not make the solid perfume refills per say.
Some compacts like the shining star or midnight sun came with a solid perfume refill where the used perfume tin was popped out with a pin and the new tin popped in.
These were the only refillable solids the rest may be filled with the touch-on perfume pens made by EL but it is a matter of melting down the pen and refilling the solids, it can be quite a messy job but I guess it can be done this way if desired. Another thing is that the perfume pens have color to them so it wouldn't be the same as the white or yellowish perfume in the solids.
