I don’t know whether Lisa has seen the recent posts here, but I can tell you for certain she would not be pleased.
I am quite familiar with copyright law regarding photography. This book clearly used photos which were not hers to use. End of discussion.
I’m not going to give legal advice aside from this: Please do not post, mention or advertise that book here in the future.
