I purchased an frosted igloo and it has arrived now. But it looks a little strange to me/blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ /> .
Michaela
Some of the igloo's the snow turned yellow and they were recalled but I haven't heard of pink snow.
Ann
Hi Ann !
Look at this ebay auction
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI…47&category=602
This solid look a little pink too ! <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />

Hi Michaela,
Yes, it does look a lttle pink but it is hard to judge color from the photos.
That seller sometimes sells solids that have been sent back with a defect.
If you like the pink solid I think it would be nicer than the yellow ones that were sent back. Yellow snow is not a good thing. <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />

Ann, you crack me up! <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ /><img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ /> your so right Ann. Yellow snow looks not very delicate. <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ />
Michaela
Ann I wouldn't have thought you'd get snow of any colour where you are! <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ />Nancy
Oh my goodness. <img src='style_emoticons//huh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’huh.gif’ />
Looks like maybe the red sled color ran when they poured the enamel. <img src='style_emoticons//huh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’huh.gif’ />
It is kind of pretty though. <img src='style_emoticons//wink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’wink.gif’ />
Did know EL had trouble with them turning yellow but have not seen this.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention. <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />

Tonight I was moving some of my solids and I placed the igloo on a white surface and the enamel is pink. <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ />
I know it was white when I got it so it must be turning pink.
Has anyone else checked their igloo lately??? Put it on something white.Ann
Michaela,
Wow!
You are right! Pink snow! It must be associated with the red sled like Ann said. <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />
Wonder if this will happen to the champagne <img src='style_emoticons//tongue.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’tongue.gif’ />
Hey what had happend here!
What's the reason for this fancy colour <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ /> . Maybe the glue ? How can it change the colour – it is plastic. I have heart about when plastic gets into extreme sunlight it can get harder and porous but it cannot change the colour. And who
will display solids in extreme sunlight <img src='style_emoticons//cool.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’cool.gif’ /> no one needs melted perfume right ?Someone else here with other colours ? We are open for exsperiments <img src='style_emoticons//sad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’sad.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />
Michaela
Mine has been in a cabinet with not much light and that's why I didn't notice it.
Ken thinks maybe the enamel is reacting to the red sled somehow.
If the sled was glued on first ,then the enamel poured ,then the red from the sled could be leaching up from underneath.
The ones that turned yellow I always thought that it was from to much light but this is strange.
