Sorry everyone… just one week recovering from another triple cervical spine fusion… my second in just over a year

If I don't answer questions right away be patient with me please…. I have a LONG recovery ahead

In my down time I am going to try to retake some of the photos in the database and work on other things…

I'm so sorry to hear that you are unwell. I was wondering why I haven't seen you posted for a while.

I hope you will get well soon and join in the forum discussions again.

I now have more than 50 solids and about half in boxes. I think I have done quite well since I only started to collect late March.I have started to buy the ones only in boxes now except they are the older and more rare ones that I like. I won an auction this morning and it was the Syndey Opera House in box! It might not meant a lot for people living in the US but it meant a lot to me as I live only 15 minutes away from the Opera House! It's my mother's day gift as well 🙂

Thank you everyone… I am 3 weeks post op today and doing pretty good!

This surgery is nothing compared to last years surgery from the back of the neck…

I now have 6 fusions in my neck…. 4 rods, 6 plates and 12 screws! 😮

I'm so sorry to hear that you had another surgery and I'm wishing and praying for your recovery. I'll also pray that the surgery went well and did what it was supposed to do! I've been unable to work for over a year now, but my condition is not as serious as yours. It sounds like you've got the best hubby and I know Jack will take good care of you in the meantime! I'm not sure if you were working before, but if you did, will they hold your job until you recover?

10 more days in this hard brace… then, I wear a soft collar for 4 weeks and then off to physical therapy… getting there….

Good to hear things are improveing on schedule!

Perhaps you will be well enough to attend the IPBA Fla Flamingos meeting in November as my guest? I would really love that. There is lots more interest in solids in this group than there has been for a long while.
