In a previous post Galina pointed out the “limited edition” Harrods palace having two production runs. I dug out my box (I got my palace late) and my card reads a limited edition of 500

Please, what does everyone else's card say??

So we are OK on the Harrods palace.

Our questions are stemming from what Harrods SA are telling customers. My card for the EM states:
One of 150 created exclusively for Estee Lauder Harrods.

Can someone who got theirs through the catalog please tell us exactly how the card inside reads.

The one I bought was from the Catalogue and the card states 150.
It is from the stock allocated to Allison that she passed over to the Direct Mail section.

My Palace says 500. Bought it really late — Jan/Feb 2004.

English Emblems card says 150. Pre-ordered and received it immediately.

I must say, though, with all the rumors, conjecture and speculation, I'm very surprised (or not) that someone from Estee Lauder hasn't been on line here to clarify what's going on. They certainly put in their 2 cents worth on another topic so we know they're “members.” EL…over to you, please. An answer?

Well, my English Emblem arrived today (Tuesday) and was only ordered on Friday and they said it would take 14 days.

Again, the card says 150. Don't know about the (very) last one but my white box was very grubby and the padding inside the lid of the 'nice' box has come loose. I guess I could stick it down again no problem and try to clean the outer box if I ever want to sell.

Nancy call Customer Services at Harrods, they have a freefone. They will pay for the return of the solid and replace! I will look for the number for you……..
