Hi everyone,
I just wanted to post and let everyone know Shari from Nieman Marcus is no longer working for NM. It is very sad news because out of everyone I have ever shopped with I found Shari to provide me with the absolute best customer service she was always very professional and had a great understanding of what us collectors wanted. She will be greatly missed.

For those of you who have orders with her you may want to contact Donna at Bergdorf Goodman's as she has always been so very nice and I also think she really understands us collectors. Donna's card is located at the top of the page under the yellow tab called “store locations” Her email is:

I have been doing business with Micky at the NY EL store. Can I purchase the new Neiman Marcus solids from her? Is there a benefit to me if I purchase them from Bergdorf Goodman (Donna) instead of the New York Estee Lauder store (Micky)? I know in July I will be entitled to a gift certificate from the NY EL store. But I don't know for how much. Is there a limit that you can spend and get credit for in a one year period?

Barb,

Micky will not get the NM solids until January of 2006, the same is with the LAs Vegas store. I believe Donna gets them in August and there is no tax on orders sent outside of NY and also no tax if orders are sent to Texas, that is a nice savings. <img src='style_emoticons//smile.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’smile.gif’ />

The limit for the EL certificates stop at $1500 in each store (NY & LV)
