New Full Distribution Solids

Hi, I went over to Nordstroms this afternoon and checked to see if the new solids were in. I wasn't sure if they would have them cause earlier this year it was mentioned here that they were not gotting them. Well, yes the have them but not displayed. The salea girl had to take them out of a drawer. Anyway, what a disappointment. None of them were even appealing, The only one I even considered buying was the ladybug but she is so clunky i passed. I always looked forward to the Dogs and Cats but I guess no more. Only an Acorn, a cameo, a 4 leaf clover, and the lucky horseshoe that is already on Ebay. plus the Ladybug. Well, just my opinion what does everyone else think of them? Lainey Lisa

So far I do not have any of the GD solids, going to wait for them to show on ebay for $9.99 but when I saw them I did like the acorn, cameo and clover. I thought the acorn looked better than a GD solid and I just happen to love the solids that are necklaces. The clover was is so petite that it is cute and the cameo is great because of the new shape.

The ladybug is OK, nothing special.

In my opinion the horseshoe is too tacky and I don't care for this one at all.

Would really like to see solids not done before.

I bought the ladybug. It is so small! I bought it at a discount without shipping or TX 8.25% sales tax….at least it wasn't full price.

My mom already bought the acorn for my Christmas present. Yes, I know. <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ /> My parents and I usually know what we buy each other ahead of time.

Not gonna buy the other GDs. Some of the ugliest. Blah.

I forgot to buy 2 from last year. I'm still hoping to buy them below retail sometime.

I bought the Ladybug as well. I do not plan to buy any of the other GD solids. And I just purchased the Dragonfly from last year's distribution at the Cosmetic Co. outlet.

I looked at them at the Bon/Macy's here in Idaho and did like the acorn. Its very nice. Didn't buy, but did appreciate it. I thought they did a nice job on that one. I also agree that the Dragonfly was very pretty last year.
