    Hi I have two solids I want to figure out if anyone knows who made them, what fragrance they would have held originally and when issued if known. Thanks for any help you can give. Both are empty and no labels so I have no ideas!

    Am not sure at all. The only thing I can hazard a guess at is the following:

    The top one which is very pretty, has a hinge that I recognise. Not sure if it is the hinge that Corday use. Have just checked my bird in the cage (Corday) and they do use this type of hinge. Over to the other collectors for their expertise.

    The second one, Max Factor made these cameos I believe. Trying to think who else but cannot think for the moment. Once again over to the experts out there!

    I think I read that your son in law was ill but I don't remember how long ago. I hope you are both doing well and staying safe.

    Thank you Petals and Sandra! I appreciate the follow up. I am leaning to Max Factor for the little daisy compact. But the Cameo I have no idea. Any one else want to hazard a guess?? LOL!

    Hope everyone is having a great week. I hear the weather up North is pretty bad. Stay warm and people are praying for your protection from the crazy weather!

    Butterflies, I am leaning the other way :huh: Cameo Max Factor and the top one Corday! Really would love to hear who and what and how! Tomorrow I will go through some of my books to see if they are listed…..

    Ok well these two are still a mystery! LOL! Anybody else care to venture a guess? Petals, did you find anything in your books. Mine don't have them.

    Hi all – Been very ill for a while but now am bouncing back but I still have no answer to this mystery… Anyone else have any idea who made these solids? Thanks again for any help!
