Yes it was an easy solution <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ /> – I called my rep and explained that I had been looking at my Vegas sign for a MONTH and decided it was crooked and not me- So I called Sipan and told her I wasn't happy- She did not even hesitate to tell me to return it asap- Sipan is the sweetest lady and I have been dealing with her for 5 years now- She ALWAYS calls me instantly when something is anew going on with the solids- she sends me photos and keeps me well abreast of anything happening- I go to Vegas every year after school is out at the end of June and she treats me to lunch at Spago- maybe I shouldn't tell my -our secrets huh <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ /> ?? But- I have never been disappointed with Sipan- tell her Mark in Fresno referred you to her- VERY satisfied with her <img src='style_emoticons//rolleyes.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’rolleyes.gif’ /> !!

I've only bought one solid from the LV store (the LV sign) – I got Rosalva's name from this site but when I called, Fe Lewis answered the phone and said Rosalva didn't work there anymore. Fe was very nice and helpful. I received great service from her.
