I don't get stressed watching good competition. Your girl did well in the Road Race – I was very impressed with them riding in the extremely bad conditions and all . . .

Hey – just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to the Italians – what a fantastic 12 year + journey their fencing team has with one of them winning 3 gold medals in 3 different olympics . . . of course it was a woman too !

And of course the swimming has been astonishing – watching MR PHELPS smash every record in sight en route to a possible 8 golds!
