I haven't heard of any storm news in Florida as yet?? Have just been
speaking to family and they never mentioned anything……….???????

Thanks everyone for thinking of Jack and I, luckily the storm wobbled 30 miles south of us so we only had some wind and rain. We didn't even lose power but my internet access was just restored now at 7 pm.

My thoughts for everyone in the Panhandle where the storm is expected to strengthen to a possible cat. 4!

I agree with Woody's thoughts and am thinking and hoping this hurricane if it hits Baton Rouge will be a lesser strength so Ann and Ken will have no property damage and you will be OK. I understand if our South Florida friends may not have internet access, but please let us know when you can. I feel one of the good and positive strengths from this board is that we do care about one another. Take care everyone.

I heard the hurricane we got is now a catagory 5 strength (this is a very serious and dangerous storm) and headed for Ann & Ken, please stay safe and try to keep in touch with us all to let us know you are safe.

Good Luck from me too Ann and Ken, even though we are on the other side

of “The Pond” we think of you all.

Last year we were lucky to take our vacation in Florida after all those hurricanes,

and hope when we come over in October this year we shall be just as lucky.

One never knows the weather is so unpredictable.
