The empty solids are making the rounds to the stores for events and for them to take orders. Seems some store employee is make off with them.
Two solids(lily bouquet & chair) were missing from the LV event. HUMMMMM.
As Mr. Anise said with Ebay and the profit an “employee” can make selling them stealing is now an art form. SAD.

Should we email the seller and ask their origin since they have not been issued yet? If they are not “Kosher' Ebay may be interested in the seller, Lainey
MAYBE SOMEONE IS WATCHING AND READING THIS SITE THAT NEEDS TO BE.
THE SELLER IS VERY BRAVE TO BE SELLING ON E-BAY ALREADY. I WONDER HOW OR WHO THEY BOUGHT THESE SOLIDS FROM?DEBBIE
Just a wild guess, Debbie, but I'd say they weren't exactly “bought.” More like “snagged.” <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ />
There's nothing anyone here could do about it. The Victoria Co. would have to contact eBay and report them as stolen, if in fact they were. Safe bet, though. <img src='style_emoticons//mad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’mad.gif’ />
I emailed the seller asked them where they stole these from and said I would report them to ebay and Estee Lauder. The seller replied to me in two emails
The first reply:
“I most certainly did not steal these items! And I am sending your threatening email immediately to eBay.”The secound reply:
“I have reported you to eBay for sending me a threatening email.
I won these items as door prices at a charity luncheon. I have never stolen a thing in my life and you have alot of nerve blindly accusing me of such a deed.”This makes me mad when I fly all the way to LV with good money and can not purcase these and then some dishonest person on ebay has them for sale.
Where at Estee Lauder can I report this?
Poodle
Hey! thats funny the seller has ended these auctions early after receiving my “threatening” email!
I did ask what charity auction they where won at. I have not yet received a reply.
I assume that that story is not ture since the items are no longer available on ebay.

Hi Poodle,
Thank you for e-mailing the seller to clarify the origin of this solid.
But maybe next time be a bit carefuller with any accuses … it's one thing to only ask and another thing to clearly suppose something (theft) <img src='style_emoticons//wink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’wink.gif’ />
Astrid
Just a thought! If Estee Lauder was truly interested in stopping this type of behaviour don't you think they would make all efforts to purchase the item and then prosecute the person later?

Hi Poodle !
I too believe that the story about won at a charity isn't true. When the seller got the items on a legal way he or she don't need to relist the items from ebay. Misterious and I think another piont for the “club” <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />Michaela
A little ahem…. “birdie” sent an email to Ebay and asked them to investigate since these weren't available at retail yet and….. hmmmm seller pulled them suddenly. Isn't that a coincidence????
I can't stand people making a fast buck like that it just isn't right to the honest sellers.
WELL DONE!!!!! TO THAT LITTLE ” BIRDIE “
MARGARET…..
