Lisa that is interesting about the Frog's cloaker or lump in his throat. <img src='style_emoticons//huh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’huh.gif’ />
I have tried to buy him and each time get out bidded! <img src='style_emoticons//mad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’mad.gif’ />Lisa
My Leap Frog definetly does not have that lump in his throat. Must have swallowed his dinner? Possibly issued in different years?
Phyllis
I was afraid that may be the case! By looking so closely at all my solids I am finding defects! <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ /> It does look as if it was meant to be that way. I think it was only issued in 1997 with White Linen. Any one else have a lumpy throated frog? <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />
Did you ever notice that all toy wagons are not created equally? The red wagon is equipped with a much better driving system than the toy wagon (it can take corners) <img src='style_emoticons//tongue.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’tongue.gif’ />
My frog does not have a lump/bump.
Nor does the rhinestone one.Are you starting a One Of A Kind collection???? <img src='style_emoticons//smile.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’smile.gif’ />

QUOTEAre you starting a One Of A Kind collection????Ann,
I think that may be the case! Good to know I have such “rare one of kind” solids- now, who wants them?! <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ />QUOTE(Lisa @ Jun 17 2005, 03:44 PM)Did you ever notice that all toy wagons are not created equally? How cool!! <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ />
Lisa,
I see you are having a grand ole time changing your avitar picture!! <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />I like the wagon with the Ragedy Ann better than the wagon with the teddy bear. First because I don't care for the plastic teddy bear, and second because the wheels on the other wagon look more authentic. But that is just my opinion.
No lump on my leap frog.
Lisa – I like the new photo!
ArHello Brigitte,
My Red Christmas Camellia is also in the red box with the label and comes with YOUTH DEW perfume.
QUOTE(Brigitte @ May 15 2005, 04:22 PM)Ann,I'm not sure about the box not beeing the right one.
I have the red Camellia too in the very same box…unfortunately without any label on the box, but in 1981 Youth-Dew also had red boxes. What do you think about? Does any member have this camellia with the label on it's box??
Take care, BrigitteWOW, I am loving this topic. So much to learn about all of the differences and details. I am interested more in the trade marks. Have you noticed the changes over the years? I have often wondered how to distinguish between first editions and re-issued perfumes.
For those of you that don't have this solid…Did you ever notice the card that comes in the box with the Charming Monkey? It illustrates how the monkey can also be worn as a necklace on the black silk cord that comes with it.
Martha- to answer your question, I think the box.Martha C,Jun 5 2005, 05:13 PM wrote:The two Scotties issued are not only different sizes but open differently, too.The Scottie on the left was issued in 1992 with Knowing and is larger than the Scottie on the right reissued in 1995 with Tuscany. Dear Martha C,
Sending you bouquets & big hugs for noticing this huge difference. Through you I was able to purchase the cuter scottie. I am just thrilled….thankyou for your eagle eyes! <img src='style_emoticons//ph34r.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ph34r.gif’ /> !!!

I'm so glad you were able to purchase the Scottie. Isn't he darling? It wasn't until I took the photo of the two Scotties side by side (to illustrate the difference in size) that I noticed the compacts opened differently. It's amazing what the eye of the camera reveals. <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />
