Dear Collectors,
We should all get together and ask the administration to discontinue Ann Schweiger membership, she brought enormous shame to this website and illegally used it for profiting. This truly wonderful collectors website became her source of profiting and cheating the collectors around the world, selling “her “‘new”’ Book” with stolen copyright pictures from other collectors, collectors websites and department stores. She continues selling on eBay Estee Lauder solid perfumes and powders compacts and “her book” with the pictures from the other collectors and collectors websites.
We need to hear your voice for our member-collectors dignity and pride!
Many of you have learned a great deal about Estee Lauder compacts collecting from this website and many of you are still coming back for the latest news,
but please do not be silent! This is an important matter for all of us.
We have always respected each other and valued this website in learning and sharing of collecting. We have been always excited about new solids for sale; and always looked for that one special solid or compact that we do not have, and shared with an excitement with everyone when we found it. Some of you own the most precious and very rare Estee Lauder compacts that are highly prized in value and would never part with them as they are a part of you, therefore please let your voice be heard in this matter and let everyone know that you are a proud collector and would not tolerate cheating and misconduct.
Totally agree – a ban or suspension please! Its also a breach of the rules of posting messages on the site that Jack pinned on the front of the forums – NO advertising of goods sold on other sites.
This site is for COLLECTORS only to chat.
Other members have been warned/suspended/banned for their unwanted attitudes and abuse of this site in the past as Lisa never wanted it used this way.

Galina you had a chance to do something legally but did not which means you are the one lying here.
Both you and Brigette reported my books to Ebay VERO who in turn removed my items until I could prove copyright. I did send MY copyright in to them and they in turn forwarded copies of it to both Galina and Brigette. Both of you had sufficient time to bring legal action before Ebay would allow the item to be relisted. Neither did that. Case closed.
I am not using this site for profit of any kind. IN FACT, I have helped many members and other collectors who have thanked me profusely for giving them something they needed. Why is it that you all praised Ms. Gerson and I am a monster. You are all just jealous that you didn’t think of creating a book or that you were all to lazy to create a book.
Further more, my book is the same thing as any other guide books of collectible items. Coins, baseball cards, comic books, toys etc all have guide books that can be searched. I think you all need to research the meaning of copyright. Also you might be a bit too old to understand that due to the internet age pictures are everywhere. I want to see you go after every single person on Pinterest who has one of your pictures taken from Ebay. AND make sure you read the fine print in Ebay that says they can keep the pictures you list for their own catalog.
Galina you had plenty of time to sue me and you didn’t.
My advise to you is to sit down and shut up.
Sandra, I have no issues with you but i need to tell you that this site is not only to chat. There is a section for items for sale isn’t there? All of my posts are to chat anyway. You never had an issue with me when you wanted to purchase something from me. Do I need to post all the purchases you made with me including my books? I think you need to know all the sides before you begin talking.
Hey Galina, I was just looking at your friends and isn’t it funny that someone IS sited in my book.
We all have businesses to run and families to take care of…and eBay gives us just a few days to start a court procedure. The procedure of this kind starts with a Police report, that may also take time and has to be filed in New York State (I am abroad most of the time), however Brigitte is filing her report with Interpol police. The Swiss photo lab who took the original photographs in 2003 was also in the process with Interpol report. It would take some time dear, so please be patient and save some money for attorneys and settlements. eBay is just one site, and if I am not mistaken there were some other websites involved (Amazon will be excluded as they removed all of your books permanently). One more thing, you should never even mention Roselyn Gerson name, she is one of the most highly respectable people, collector and writer who dedicated a huge part of her life to the collectors business. Her books are genuine and real with the pictures taken by her ‘personal’ photographer (darling Alvin) and all the other images has courtesy references or published with permissions… You are not at her level, so dear lady please get real as it is not healthy to think that you are an empress Josephine or something else… One more thing, please do not judge all collectors as yourself without education, you are dealing with professional women.
Well how stupid are you? My books were never listed on Amazon! There is a reason for that but I do not need to explain that to such a professional woman since you are so educated and should be aware of such things. You go girl. I’ll be waiting.

Ann, please get your facts straight before you accuse me of being a hypocrite. I have NEVER emailed you about liking your books. I haven’t bought them, I haven’t been given them. You are mistaken of who I am if you think I have purchased from you recently. I have only purchased from you once around about 2008. This is where I draw my experience with you from. You sent me a Royal Parasol which had a bent handle and you tried to convince me that this is how it comes. You also sent me some items that were “filled” with Estee Lauder perfume, only they weren’t really the original perfume that comes with them, you filled them with a “similar scent” you made and then just told me that it was the original item without the boxes. All of these were sent back for a refund (minus the huge shipping to me in Australia) because you admitted to your “errors”.
However, if you have emails etc of me purchasing other items and books from you, I’d be VERY interested to see these ! 😮
Also Ann, you don’t think you are on this site for profit of any kind? This is very hard to believe. You know you have made masses off people on this site because you admit to buying the solid cases at $5.00 from the warehouse sales and fill them with home-made perfume and then sell them for in excess of $60.00 depending what they are and how much they originally retailed for.
If you can read what I actually wrote about selling on this site, it’s for solid perfumes only that ARE NOT listed on any other site. It is not for advertising your items that you sell elsewhere. That is not my rule, that is the administrator’s rule. If you want to sell items on this site, put them in the For Sale section (with your own picture of course) and take them off the other sites.

For a supposedly educated woman your pretty damn stupid. Go check for yourself. Check the Amazon rules. I knew this before I published MY books and knew I didn’t want to list them on any site that required an ISBN. Your getting a little pathetic now. I mean really this is a bit much. Now why I spoke about the sales is because it was mentioned at times and I found out the info on them and brought that info here. Your jumping on the bandwagon of issues you know nothing about.
