Happy Cinco De Mayo everyone! Todays date is 05/05/05!

Anyone going out for Mexican tonight? Mexican is one of my favorites but I hate Cilantro which is in a lot of dishes. If your not going out tonight at least have a Corona or a Margarita

Here is a little Cinco De Mayo history:

    Thanks Lisa!
My husband and I have lived a few years but we didn't know what
    Cinco De Mayo Day was. <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ />
I copied the information from the website you gave us and put it on my husband's desk, he will think I got educationed while he was out.
Anyway, that margarita idea of yours sounded good, Lisa, too bad we are not closer we could go out and have one for lunch.

San Antonio, TX is a fun place for Cinco de Mayo celebrations. My husband and I went during this time for the past 2 years. The weather is the best in Texas right now and we seem to visit San Antonio by accident during the weekend celebrations. We stayed home this year.

We go out for Mexican food twice a week. It's our favorite food. I can eat just about anything. There are a handful of foods I hate and can easily avoid like cheese cake and pecan pie. <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />
