Was going through all my old brochures sent to me by just about every upscale Department Store in the US and the UK. Found a beautiful Artist's Rendition of the Showgirl before she was manufactured. The SA from the Las Vegas store sent it to me long ago. Am going to frame it…just so very pretty!
Anyone else have any great brochures or papers they've kept? It's fun just to sit and go through each one…in their time, we were all so thrilled to see the new solids. I'm still hoping for more…

here is a link to my site with the brochures etc.
Wass not yet able to scan all of them, but most.
If you have any that you ccan't find on my site, please send me a pic of them and I will add them too.
Thanks and have a great day, Brigitte
Hi Brigitte – Beautiful display! As you know, I have most if not all of them, plus a few more. Cannot remember which one's I sent you years ago. Time permitting, I will scan what I do not see and forward or mail them to you.
Would truly like to know how many Collectors received the Artist's Rendition of the Showgirl! Except for the plume at the back, it was made spot on! Ok…the shoes are a little different…and there's more gold in the real Showgirl's headpiece…but all in all, EL managed to pull it all together as the artist painted.
Question: Who was the artist? Maybe if I whip out my magnifying glass…again. 🙁
You have a great day also, Brigitte, and thanks so much for the Link! 🙂
This will make you drool. I do have the prototype of the Showgirl. I will take a picture and send it to you Michele, but not tonight. Then if you know a way to put it on the site, go ahead. Second thoughts
maybe that is not a good idea as our ''friends'' out there will copy the item and start selling it on Ebay!!!!!!! We know who you are out there
But this is definitely a protype and I have had her for sometime now. She keeps falling off the stack of dollars $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Gets a little bit bored in my cabinet and hasn't got Big Bob to keep her company. Only the Roulette Wheel, Las Vegas Sign and the Roulette Compact! Oh well!
