    I got a card from Neimans today, inviting me to the preview of the new Zodiac solids and compacts this July. Has anyone else heard anything?

    No, I haven't because all the stores have stopped sending me the brochures!

    Are you going to attend? If so take some photos for all of us!

    Here in the U.K. I could ask a department store to put a name and address of someone on their mailing list. <sometimes it works and they receive brochures. Likewise I think the States are more customer friendly so if your name was given to the stores in your area then surely you would be kept up to date. Just a thought……..excuse typos, am not on my own computer……….. 😕

    I don't think I can attend the luncheon,am considering calling and asking if they could send me a brochure.I have to tell you, was shocked when I saw the card.I really though EL was phasing out solids. After a few years of knocking it out of the park with the Christmas solids and Harrods solids, this past year was a dissappointment. The 2 that came out for the holidays were the first I hadn't bought in about 10 yrs. Is there any word on Harrods solids from the UK? Where's Woody? I know he just moved,but he usually has the inside scoop on the Harrods solids.

    Hi everyone

    I have just received the Neiman Marcus Fall 2012 Compact Collection leaflet and I'm impressed by the 'Celestial Charms' (Sensuous Nude) and 'Radiant Sun'(Beautiful)solids but at $295 and $195 respectively not sure if they will be added to my collection this year!

    Tried uploading the photos to the SP website but without success, guess I am a technophobe 😆 Perhaps I could email the photos to Lisa if that would help?

    Hi Alice – I live in Melbourne & have found that most of the Neiman Marcus perfume solids come into Australia via the David Jones stores usually late October/early November in time for Christmas. If you do buy from D.J.'s & register your interest they will send you an invitation to view the collection first but of course they are MUCH dearer than the U.S. or U.K. prices.

    Thanks Karen for the info. I only started to collect in march so I have never looked out for them in DJs. Everything here is more expansive, the skincare, the comestics etc etc. I guess it's because we are a much smaller market and they can get away with much higher prices.
