Hi Mini, first I would contact paypal and start a claim. Then, as someone else mentioned, contact safe harbour. Maybe if your seller knows you aren’t going to back down she/he will offer a refund to avoid the posibility of bad feedback or even being taken off ebay. In any case, as I found out, once I had the courage to leave negative feedback there was suddenly lots of negative feedback. Maybe we’re all too polite for our own good. Remember, if someone had left neg. feedback before now, you would have been more wary!
