It seems crazy business practice to me to exclude avid collectors from any planning/design forums – even governments have “Focus Groups”. <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />

Or maybe they think they will sustain the solid market by people stumbling on them and then they can just keep churning out the same old stuff. <!–emo&<_<img src='style_emoticons//dry.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’dry.gif’ />

I have used EL face products for over 25 years and I too “happened across them” accidentally – we were on holiday in Vegas and I had never seen an EL shop before. And then when I went in – wow <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ />

Of course when I looked for them in the UK (other than Harrods) they were just SO ORDINARY I would never buy them. <img src='style_emoticons//sad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’sad.gif’ />

Maybe incresaing awareness like the Oprah show would help – but wouldn't it be fantastic if some bright spark at EL decided to run a competition to design a new solid <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ /> <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ />
