Am not really sure Estee Lauder has had enough time to “cancel” the selling of compacts and solids, at least for this warehouse sale. But what else do they sell there? Makeup? Perfumes? Anyone know?
Ann – I think your next battle will be with Victoria & Co. Remember, they manufacture for Estee Lauder, Jay Strongwater, I believe Judith Leiber, and a company called Andy and Ani…more Swarovski items…and heaven only knows who else. (Providence, Rhode Island must have a HUGE warehouse just chock full of Swarovski Crystals!) It's obvious they have some sort of employee sale from what we've been seeing on eBay…those bad solids did not come from Estee's warehouse sale, I'm sure.
You all did a fine job all the way around, and Estee Lauder was very gracious to follow up with a positive email, especially after all the “Cry's For Help.” (Excellent definition of an otherwise negative topic. Why didn't I think of that?) <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ /> Obviously there was a large gathering of minds after the conference call, and the right people were at the same meeting, on the same wave length. Am especially happy to see them addressing the Strongwater problem! <img src='style_emoticons//biggrin.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’biggrin.gif’ />
Will be very interested to see the outcome of this dilemma…. <img src='style_emoticons//blink.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’blink.gif’ />
