I have to agree with Pamela. Denise gets the high prices due to the fact that she sells beautiful solids and her auctions are beautifully done…not just thrown up there. It's a lot of work to do auctions like hers! Buyers don't realize what a good seller puts into her work. And of course, what she sells is equally as lovely as her auctions.

Personally, I have to give Denise a lot of credit for keeping the solid values high, where we want them. Wouldn't it be terrible if all a good seller got for a solid was $35 to $100 each? Especially the older, prettier ones.

I would venture to say the Roulette Wheel will eventually go over $1,000 as it is rare and it is really a beauty. Much nicer than the Slot Machine, IMHO.

Well done on the Butterfly, Denise! <img src='style_emoticons//smile.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’smile.gif’ />

lmsw – To add insult to injury, I picked up the Ivory Rabbit about 3 weeks ago for $175 as a Buy It Now! Talk about a shocker…I actually felt guilty…for about 3 seconds. <img src='style_emoticons//laugh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’laugh.gif’ /> And it's absolutely MINT…just needed a good dusting with a q-tip. Shiny, new looking base and perfect bunny. Couldn't be more thrilled than that! Full, too! <img src='style_emoticons//smile.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’smile.gif’ />

Now is the time to be on the lookout for the sellers who go to auctions and don't know anything about solids. They sell them for some pretty decent prices so do be on the lookout for that “one in a million!” <img src='style_emoticons//ohmy.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ohmy.gif’ /> It's out there…maybe even “Bob” will turn up again as a “Buy It Now” for $100! He's out there…keep watching! <img src='style_emoticons//ph34r.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’ph34r.gif’ />
