This is getting too much. Some sellers have a handfull of damaged pieces. This person seems to have an endless supply. They are definitely dishonest since they didn't keep their word about saying “mint”. Maybe they will find this site and learn better.

Ebay won't do anything about quailty issues. It's only a venue and buyer beware. They rarely take action against scam sellers. Such as those who sell fake designer purses who claim authenticy. Or, sellers who never ship merchandise.
