Yes Michele, I can imagine how you must have felt on opening the package! I too would have gone through the roof.
The Cameo from a new solid fell off, and I blew a gasket! Then when I enquired about returning it, I was told I had to send it somewhere else. So, to start packaging and posting and writing letters……..UGH! Would have thought the store would take it back and do the necessary ……..no such luck!
So, have a good night's sleep. Don't start dreaming about chopping off heads….
