I’m sorry to hear about the way you were treated Lisa. I too have experienced that same attitude from Estee Lauder salespeople. In fact, when I recently called the NY store and Mickey answered, she was very rude and aggressive with me. Marianne there usually helps me and she didn’t even want to answer a general question for me! She just wanted to leave a message for Marianne to help me when she was in and I couldn’t figure out why she couldn’t just answer a general question for me! As far as Las Vegas is concerned, I too was treated rudely by an associate there. I think she got angry because I was asking too many questions. I eventually mosied over to another sales lady who was much more pleasant and was happy to help!
