Those have been so far,I believe, only a few. For example:
“Fairy” USA 2001 (page 144)
white flower and with stones on the leaf.
Fairy” D/CH 2002
like the one on from USA but without crystale on the leaf. The leaf is green enamel and the flouwer is pink.
I thought that mentioned ones above also belong to this group
