We have tried calling Harrods , emailing and just gave up. [Frown]
Some of the problems we had were left over from last year. The double shipment has happened two years in a row. The duty charge because Harrods did not check the right box on the package($65).
Broken items that were not packed right and so on. When talking to the SA’s you can not get a correct answer about anything. [Frown]

We really enjoyed your updated web site also.
It is very nice to see some of the solids in their boxes. [Smile]
