Perhaps you can answer a question for me as you have worked with E.Lauder here in the U.K.
Why is it such an uphill struggle to make contact and receive replies from E.Lauder personnel?
I deal with E.Lauder reps in the States and find them far more accommodating and helpful than their counterparts here. I hate to say this, but it is a fact as far as my personal experience is concerned.
Would love to know how they consider those people interested in buying their solid perfumes. I have spent a great deal of money here, but if I were to spend that on cosmetics, their attitude would be different and they would have been plying me with samples etc.
Sorry, but I am basing this on my own experience. Cannot speak for anyone else!
