I’ve shared some poor experiences with all of you lately about my transactions on Ebay, I thought it only fair to share the exceptional ones too! Last month, I purchased a compact from Susan Mattioli and received the compact, with bad clasp/hinge. She immediately refunded the money I had sent her on on Paypal (without having received the compact back yet) and then sent me additional $$ out of her pocket to cover my shipping/insurance cost to ship the compact back for her! She did not tell me to file an insurance claim or make any derogatory comments about my feelings and was very prompt and professional. Now that’s one Ebayer you can trust if something should ever go wrong with your transaction!
