I had a similar experience in that I was looking for a tassel for one of my egg solids. I took the time to write a letter to Victoria + Co. explaining that I need a tassel and would be more than happy to pay for it if necessary. In the letter I included my address, phone # and email.

I did however buy a great rhinestone kit on ebay that had the glue and a great assortment of stones in different sizes and colors. It has come in very handy.
