Contacted EL customer services in Petersfield. They tell me that the stores in Bicester and Elesmere Port will not give out details to the public. This is in case someone travels miles to get there and they have none left. (Fair enough) Beverley, the girl I spoke to, was really helpful and said she would contact them heself and see what she could tell me. When she called me back later that afternoon it was to tell me that neither of the outlets had any solids or compacts ( I was hoping to get a dragonfly compact – maybe I’m mean but last year they were $95 and this year at Harrods they were £95) and the same for the warehouse!
OK, so where did all these solids go that I was told had been sent back to the warehouse?????
