Solid Perfume Forums General Lauder Solids Talk Discoloration Of The Perfume Solids Re: Discoloration Of The Perfume Solids

The seller has yet to refund me the $20 and has not addressed the issue in their most recent email to me. To offer me a refund is one thing…to actually give me the refund…well, that could become a horse of a different color. <img src='style_emoticons//huh.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’huh.gif’ />

I bought the solid via Paypal and emailed the seller to let them know that I want the $20 credited back to my CC via Paypal. I have never used Paypal and all I know is that my CC was debited in seconds and now I have to wait (goodness know how long?) for this seller to to give me a credit. <img src='style_emoticons//mad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’mad.gif’ />

Sandra is right on the money when she said that what irks me is that the seller did not disclose discoloration. As for whether this solid is rare…heck I don't know! Everyone labels their items as “rare” on ebay and on the solids websites and I see a lot of these so-called “rare” items all over the internet. The sold I bought was the silver cowboy hat. It came in its original box. I have no clue how “rare” the piece is. However, according to the seller, it is “rare” (and there's that magic word) to find one in its original box.

Again, I appreciate the members' opinions. Hopefully, I will get a credit and I can move on to something else.
