We agree completely about the new solids. We have always bought all of the new ones as soon as they become available but will no longer do so. Why buy something at retail when you know it will become available shortly for less than cost.

Estee Lauder really needs to address this issue or their solids will stop selling entirely. We really get sick of seeing relatively new solids selling again and again from Canada and New York for low prices.

So far this year the only ones we will be buying retail are the dragon (we just really like it) and the Harrods solids (because they will hold their value as they are being made in limited quantities.)

Maybe someday someone at Estee Lauder will wake up. <img src='style_emoticons//mad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’mad.gif’ />
