Please do post the letter you wrote – I would really like to see it. I'm really upset over this crap! I'm thinking of cancelling my order for the new NM also. Maybe if EL Corp starts losing it's LOYAL purchasers of solids they might think about what they're doing. Why should we pay full price to find that our solids have LOST value? Where are these warehouses anyway? I live about 90 minutes from the CCS in Woodbury Commons, as soon as I stop working 7 days a week – I'm gonna take me a look. I've never been in one so I'm curious.
