Wow, that does seem quite a hike in value, but insurance value can be very different. Maybe it’s because it’s in a store and perhaps therefore easier to steal. Would you not be more likely to loan your solids if you knew that (god forbid!) if they were stolen at least you would be handsomely recompensed! Let’s face it, yes, you could replace it, or them, but how long would it take?
