For you to maintain a current average value on all of the solid perfumes, 473 in your database, has to be a difficult task.If it would help you and Jack I have a suggestion. Let each member volunteer to track and keep history of a certain amount, then email you with updates once a month or so with results. Example, I would keep records of everything sold on ebay that begins with the letter A. Thats only 8 perfumes for me to keep history of. (I would do more if needed) Letter B has 38 perfumes and should be divided up among members that are willing to help. Could this idea work and be helpful to you?
