The secret is NOT to tell them anything! Why give them knowledge? They only use your info to get themselves further ahead in their job!! By giving them information, you are doing their research and groundwork!!

Make them work for their job, I say!!

There's a lot of surveys going around asking “how can I improve . . . ” or “how can we help you more . . . ” by a lot of companies. I think they are picking your brains. If they employed people with initiative or people with the right aptitude for their job, then they wouldn't need to be asking you such questions!!

Just let them know that they are incorrect and give them a hint why – don't tell them anything else!! They might be more gracious to you in the future! Remember, it's tit for tat, so don't give them anything unless you can get something in return!!
