I really doubt that any petition is going to do any good. It will fall on deaf ears. <img src='style_emoticons//mad.gif’ border=’0′ style=’vertical-align:middle’ alt=’mad.gif’ /> What we need to do is voice our complaints about quality (with phone calls, emails, letters) to Estee Lauder, return the compacts and let the SAs know why. Hopefully, the word will get around. Make them listen with your wallet.

It doesn't make good business sense to put out a product that has been known and valued for it's uniqueness and it's craftsmanship, and then suddenly start raising the prices on newer, inferior, products, and later dumping the excess inventory on a wholesale market at ridiculously low prices. Of course they are going to infuriate their loyal customers, who now feel ripped off!
