Lisa, you are right. I did guess the Monkey, but only wished for the peacock. The Martha from Hickory, NC guessed the perfume bottle. I think it’s time we changed my name on this site to stop the confusion between the two Marthas. Since this is an international site, what about changing my name to Marta? Can you do this for me? Thanks.
In rereading some of the posts about members’ picks for 2003, I came across Brigitte’s comment about how much she liked the older, enamel solids. I have to agree. I only recently displayed my collection in a curio and have to admit that my eye is drawn to the older pieces. They are stunning and hope that EL adds some retro pieces in the future.
